- Is there a monthly customer subscription?
- No. Customers pay per delivery. Business and provider commercial arrangements are agreed separately.
- Will I see a price before confirming?
- Yes. The review step shows the route, selected vehicle, estimate or quotation and payment method before the order is submitted.
- Why can the final price differ from the first estimate?
- The price changes when the actual route, item details, vehicle requirement or optional assistance differs from what was entered at booking. The updated amount is shown before confirmation wherever operationally possible.
- How is freight priced?
- Freight is quoted separately. Trucks, commercial loads, loading requirements and cross-border work need more information than an everyday item delivery. The independent provider issues the quotation and you accept it in the app.
- How can I pay?
- Checkout shows the payment methods enabled for the order, including supported Mobile Money options. Cash or other methods appear only where they are available.
