About KeleleGo
Delivery made easy. Starting in Kampala, built for East Africa.
KeleleGo is a technology marketplace operated by KeleleGo Company Limited. We connect people and businesses with independent transport providers for everyday items, freight and ambulance transport. We are live in Kampala today and expanding across Uganda and East Africa.
What we believe
Four principles behind the platform.
We are a marketplace, not a transport company
KeleleGo does not own vehicles or ambulances and does not employ drivers. Independent providers own their vehicles, decide which work to accept and are paid for the work they complete.
The price is known before the work starts
Everyday deliveries show an estimate before you confirm. Freight is quoted by the provider and accepted by the customer. Changes are shown before they are charged.
Providers are verified before they are visible
Identity, licence, insurance and vehicle documents are checked before a provider can accept work. Ambulance providers go through an additional verification step.
Records belong to both sides
Customers, businesses and providers each keep a record of what was moved, when, and for how much. Disputes are reviewed against those records.
